Registration Info

BE CAREFUL: The organizing committe does NOT rely on any third party agency to provide your lodging.

REGISTRATION

To register, you must have an account on sciencesconf.org (see below).

• If you have already an account on sciencesconf.org:
  • Go to the conference website https://cls2025.sciencesconf.org/ and log in with your username and password in "MY SPACE" section (left column).

• If you do not have an account on sciencesconf.org yet:
  • Go to https://cls2025.sciencesconf.org/ and click on "create an account" under "MY SPACE" in the left column.
  • Fill the form and click on the activation link you will then receive by e-mail.
  • Go to the conference website and log in with your username and password in "MY SPACE" section (left column).

The registration can be done by logging in the "MY SPACE" section (see left column) and clicking on "Register".

The deadline for registration is 9th May 2025. 

CONTRIBUTING: TALK OR POSTER

To submit a contribution, you must have an account on sciencesconf.org (see above).

The contribution (poster or talk) has to be transmitted by clicking on "Submission".

The deadline for submitting a contribution is 4th April 2025.

Acceptance will be notified as soon as possible (no later than 28th April 2025)

IMPORTANT: please note that submission of a contribution can be done without registering and vice versa (the two procedures are independent of each other).
